Affidavit stating that the person is bachelor/spinster (If divorced, Divorced Certificate; If widow/er, Death Certificate).
There is no fee to pay if a formal personal letter is adressed to the Consular Section requesting the legalisation of the documents above for the only purpose of getting married in Venezuela.
